  3. Rebus cabe. Lalu haluskan bumbu : bawang merah, bawang putih, lengkuas, jahe, kunyit, serai, dan cabe merah yang sudah di rebus..
  4. Panaskan minyak goreng lalu tumis bumbu halus, bumbu indofood kare dan 1 lembar daun salam sampai harum..
  5. Didihkan santan bersama daging. Lalu masukkan bumbu, ketumbar bubuk, pala bubuk, gula aren, garam, dan kaldu sapi bubuk..
  6. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa, dan masak hingga matang..
